Dr. Gerwin Schalk, former director of the Chen Frontier Lab, is lead author of a paper published this month in Nature Review Bioengineering review. Schalk and his co-authors examine the strengths and weaknesses of neurotechnologies, focusing on their scientific and engineering aspects.
